SUBJECT: An Ordinance of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida, Amending Ordinance 2004-09, The Hallandale Beach Police and Fire Pension Plan to Provide for the Authority for Two Commissioners to Serve as Members on the Police and Fire Pension Board of Trustees. CAD #002/07

PURPOSE:

The City Commission approve on Second Reading an ordinance amending the Hallandale Beach Police and Fire Pension Plan to provide for the authority for two Commissioners to serve as members of the Board of Trustees.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City Commission approved the attached ordinance on First Reading on February 20, 2008.  Staff requests the attached ordinance be adopted on Second Reading at the March 5, 2008 Commission meeting.
