Please place an item on the August 1, 2007 agenda to discuss the 2005-2006 Lower East Coast Water Management Supply Plan Update.  I would also like to discuss the Final Order adopted by the South Florida Water Management District’s Governing Board on February 15, 2007, as well as water conservation issues.
