SUBJECT:     Presentation by Principal Financial Management of the Investment                          Results for Surplus Funds for the First Quarter of 2007

The Finance Department has made arrangements for Principal Financial Management’s Steven Alexander to make a presentation to the City Commission on the Investment Results for Surplus Funds for the period January 1, 2007 through March 31, 2007.

Accordingly, we have requested a time certain of 2:00 P.M. for the presentation, which should last about fifteen minutes.
